The agreement between you and Storenode for using the Service. Please read it carefully — by using Storenode, you accept these terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Storenode website at storenode.ai and application at app.storenode.ai (together, the "Service"), operated by Storenode ("Storenode," "we," "us," or "our"). Storenode is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify Inc. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Storenode turns supplier product URLs and uploaded files into publish-ready Shopify product drafts using AI. The Service performs keyword research, writes structured product copy, generates infographics, and applies SEO, then writes the result as a draftin the Shopify store you connect. Storenode creates drafts only and never automatically publishes to your store. You decide what, if anything, goes live.
To use the Service you must create an account through our authentication provider and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@storenode.ai of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You are solely responsible for the content you submit to the Service (supplier URLs, files, keywords, and any other input) and for ensuring you have the rights to use it. The Service generates drafts, and AI-generated content can contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
You are responsible for reviewing every draft before publishing it. Because Storenode never auto-publishes, the decision to make any draft live in your store — and responsibility for its accuracy, legality, and compliance — rests entirely with you. You should verify product details, claims, pricing, and imagery before publishing.
The Service requires you to connect a Shopify store so it can write drafts via the Shopify Admin API. You are responsible for your Shopify store, your relationship and compliance with Shopify, and for managing what you publish. You authorize Storenode to create and update drafts in your connected store at your direction, and you may disconnect your store at any time. Storenode is not affiliated with Shopify Inc., and Shopify is not responsible for the Service.
Your content and output. As between you and Storenode, you own the content you submit and the drafts and output the Service generates for you, subject to your compliance with these Terms and the rights of any third parties in source material. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
Our software. Storenode owns the Service, including its software, models, pipelines, design, and all related intellectual property. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you.
The Service relies on third-party providers — including hosting, database, authentication, payments, AI processing, keyword data, and page-fetching services — described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated drafts will be accurate, complete, or suitable for publishing. You use the Service and any output at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storenode and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. If a dispute arises out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, please contact us first at support@storenode.ai — we will make a good-faith effort to resolve it with you directly before any formal proceedings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
