About 10 minutes from Start processing to Ready for review

Start an upload

Two ways to start.

Paste supplier links, or use your own photos, documents and notes. Both end in the same kind of draft.

From supplier links

Paste product pages from your supplier, distributor or the manufacturer, one per line, up to 20 at once. Each link becomes its own Shopify draft, and they're processed in parallel.

  • Text, specs, photos, PDFs and variants all come from the page.
  • Keywords are chosen from Google search data: what shoppers type, and how often.

From your own files

No supplier page to point at? Use the photos, documents and notes you have, and we work out what each file is.

The finished draft

Everything a product page needs, already filled in.

A complete Shopify product, ready for you to review and publish.

  • A title led by the main keywordBrand, model and product type first, at around 60 characters.
  • Real variantsEach of the supplier's variants, with its own SKU, price and photos.
  • A structured descriptionThe secondary keyword in the H2, an at-a-glance summary, H3 sections and a spec table.
  • Prepared imagesRenamed around the keywords, with alt text on every photo.
  • PDFs attachedManuals and spec sheets, listed under Product Attachments.
  • Meta title and descriptionLed by the main keyword, within Google's length limits.

Revisions

Change anything in plain English.

Every upload opens on its own Revise page in Storenode. Point at what you want changed, say how, and the change is written straight into the Shopify draft.

Five things you can point at

  1. Highlighted text

Select any sentence and choose More concise, Simpler or More engaging, or type your own request. On a heading that carries a keyword, you choose whether to keep it.

  2. Infographics

Hover one and choose Tweak this to adjust it, or Regenerate fresh for a new design.

  3. The whole description

Revise entire description rewrites it from your instructions.

  4. Meta title and description

    One button revises both together.

  5. The comparison table

Revise table changes the variant table in the description. Your Shopify variants stay untouched.

You see every change land

  • The Revisions panel tells you when a change is queued and when it's applied to your Shopify draft.
  • Revision history lists every change, its status and the credits it used.
  • Each applied revision costs what it actually used. One that doesn't complete is free, and there's no limit on how many you make.
  • You pick the AI model for revisions too.

SEO on every upload

A 17-point checklist runs on every product.

No plugin and no separate audit. The checklist runs before the draft reaches your store, and anything that fails is fixed first.

  • Keywords from Google, placed with intent. The main keyword leads the title, meta title, meta description and URL; the next ones get the headings.
  • Every image prepared. Square, WebP, keyword filenames and alt text. A photo reused in the description gets its own name and alt text.
  • Manuals count too. Each PDF is renamed to its keyword, with a matching icon filename and alt text.
  • A report for every product. Under On-Page SEO in Storenode, with a PDF download.

Privacy & safety

Built so nothing happens without you.

Storenode works outside your storefront. Shoppers see nothing until you set a product live.

Uploads FAQ

Questions, answered.

Product pages from suppliers, distributors and manufacturers. Storenode reads each page's own structure and images, so there's no list of supported sites to stay inside. If a page can't be read, the upload fails and you aren't charged.
Nothing is made up. If the page has no price, the draft is created without one and the Queue reminds you to set it before publishing. If there's no SKU, one is generated and flagged so you can check it in Shopify.
Yes. Choose From files, add the product photos, documents and PDF manuals, and paste the product text with its brand, model and type. Leave the keywords empty and they're chosen from Google search data automatically.
No. Every product is created as a draft and stays hidden from your storefront until you set it to Active in Shopify.
Yes, in two ways. Extra instructions on the upload apply to the description, title, meta title and meta description. After the draft lands, you can revise any part of it in plain English.
Each upload uses credits for what it actually cost to make, typically about $2.00 to $3.20 of your plan per product, depending on the plan. Revisions work the same way. Failed uploads and revisions that don't complete are free. See pricing
