Questions, answered.

As soon as your friend's first payment goes through. That's when they choose a plan: normally at the end of their 7-day free trial, or earlier. The credits are added to your balance right away, and the reward shows in your credit history.
Your Rewards dashboard shows how many people clicked your link, how many started a trial and how many became customers, with a list of the friends you invited and where each one is. Every reward also appears in your credit history. Behind that we record each step: the click on your link, the new account, and the friend's first payment.
No. Every friend who becomes a customer earns you another $50 in credits: five friends is $250, ten is $500.
Rewards are paid at your own plan's credit rate, so they're always worth $50 to you: 3,500 credits on Starter, 4,000 on Pro and 5,000 on Max. That's enough for about 16 products on Starter, 19 on Pro and 25 on Max.
12 months from the day you receive them. Like purchased credits, they carry over from month to month and are used once your plan's monthly credits run out. You can use them while your Storenode plan is active.
A double free trial: 3,000 credits instead of the usual 1,500. Like everyone else, they don't need a card for it. A reward is due only once they choose a plan and pay.
Someone new to Storenode who clicks your link, creates their account within 60 days, and makes their first payment. Existing customers and people who already had a free trial don't count. If someone clicks more than one person's link, the first link they clicked counts.
No. No reward is given when the new account uses the same card, the same Shopify store or the same email inbox as yours, or pays with a prepaid card or signs up with a throwaway email address. If a friend's first payment is later disputed or refunded, any reward credits from it that you haven't used yet are withdrawn.
No. Rewards are Storenode credits only. They have no cash value and can't be transferred to another account.

Program rules

  • You join Storenode Rewards from your Storenode account. By joining, you agree to these rules.
  • A reward is earned when someone who is new to Storenode clicks your link, creates an account within 60 days, and makes their first payment. Only the first referral link a person clicks counts.
  • Each reward is $50 in Storenode credits at your plan's credit rate at the time it is earned. Reward credits are valid for 12 months, are used after your plan's monthly credits, and can be used while your plan is active.
  • No reward is given for your own accounts or businesses: where the new account shares your card, Shopify store or email inbox, or pays with a prepaid card or uses a disposable email address. If a referred customer's first payment is disputed or refunded, unused reward credits from it are withdrawn.
  • Rewards have no cash value and can't be transferred, sold or exchanged. You may not advertise your link on coupon or deal sites, or in paid search ads.
  • We may withhold rewards or remove an account from the program in cases of abuse. We may change or end the program at any time; rewards you have already earned are kept.
